Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are despatched. A full refund will be given. As goods in stock are usually despatched the same day they are ordered, please bear in mind that the cancellation period may only be a matter of hours. If goods have been dispatched, you may return unwanted items at your own expense and a refund will be provided.


Returns & Exchange Policy

Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.

You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Tengri by email: hello@tengri.co.uk within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.

You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 28 days of date of invoice to Tengri at the address provided below. You must then return the goods to Tengri at your expense. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Tengri reserve the right not to accept their return. Tengri will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery: You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt.

Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office in case your package fails to reach us.  It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to Tengri Ltd and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.
